由于拼写方式的不同，很多国外玩家一直在争论《小丑牌》（Balatro）英文到底应该读作“ba-LAH-tro”（重音La）还是“BAH-la-tro”（重音Ba）。如今，这场争论终于尘埃落定。

据VGC报道，近日，游戏记者Stephen Totilo向《小丑牌》发行商Playstack的视频营销负责人Naman Budhwar求证了官方发音。

后者解释称：“开发者LocalThunk本人的发音是‘BAH-la-tro’。不过这就像‘gif/jif’的发音之争一样，他并不介意大家怎么念。所以无论你是说‘ba-LAH-tro’还是‘BAH-la-tro’都可以，但官方决定采用他的发音。”

作为去年最成功的独立游戏之一，《小丑牌》自推出以来已售出超过500万份，斩获了TGA最佳独立游戏、最佳首发独立游戏、最佳移动游戏等多个奖项，同时还获得DICE奖项的年度游戏提名，并拿下了最佳独立游戏成就、年度移动游戏、最佳策略/模拟游戏等荣誉。
